If the taper candle won't fit in the top of the wine bottle, carve the bottom end until you can get about 2 inches of it in the bottle. Now take the colored candles and melt them at the base of the white candle allowing the wax to drip down the bottle. Melt a few different colors but don't completely cover the label so she knows it's the wine you had on that date. Now drill a hole through the cork and run a 12 inch piece of twine through it. Write the date of your special night on the end of cork or draw a heart and put both of your initials in it. Tie the cork onto the neck of the bottle with the twine and let it hang down the bottle. If your bottle didn't have a cork, make a little plague out of a piece of metal. Find a small piece of metal and hammer it out. Then use a Dremmel and engrave the date or you initials in it. You can use the wax to attach it to the bottle.

Then put your wrap on from the bottom up. If you use the cellophane, tie it together at the top with the ribbon. If you use the shrink wrap, fold it in the back and follow the directions for shrinking. You will need a hair blow dryer. Then put a big bow on it.
